Quickloom

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

This policy explains how the Quickloom iPhone app and the website at quickloom.app (together, “Quickloom”) handle information. Quickloom is provided by Brendan Kelly (“we”, “us”).

Information stored on your device

The apps you build, the entries you add (such as tasks, journal notes, budget entries and flashcards), your reminder times and your settings are saved in Quickloom’s storage on your device. This information is not sent to us or to any server we run. It is included in your device backups if you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, which are handled by Apple under its own privacy policy.

You can export everything as a file from Settings → Export my data, and erase it at any time with Settings → Delete all data or by deleting the app.

Information we collect

None. The Quickloom app does not include analytics, advertising or tracking software, does not create accounts, and does not send your content to us.

Purchases

Quickloom Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes your payment and handles your Apple Account information under the Apple Privacy Policy. The app checks whether your subscription is active directly with Apple on your device (using Apple’s StoreKit). We never receive your name, email address or payment details.

Apple provides developers with sales reports that do not identify you, such as the number of subscriptions by country. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may also give us aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.

Notifications

Reminders and timer alerts are scheduled locally on your device. Quickloom does not use a push notification server. You can turn notifications off for any app inside Quickloom, or for Quickloom entirely in your device’s Settings.

Apple Reminders and on-device AI

If you choose to connect a checklist to Apple Reminders, Quickloom reads or adds reminders on your device only when you ask it to, using the permission you grant in iOS. If you use Ask AI on an iPhone with Apple Intelligence, your request is processed by Apple’s on-device model; it is not sent to us or to any server.

Shared links

When you share an app, Quickloom creates a link that contains that app’s design: its name, icon, colors, font and template settings. It does not include any of your entries. This information is stored in the part of the link after the “#”, which web browsers do not send to our website. Anyone you send the link to can see the app’s name and design.

Our website

quickloom.app is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The site uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. If you use the web version of Quickloom, your apps are stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device.

Email

If you email us at support@quickloom.app, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and delete it when it’s no longer needed. Messages to this address are forwarded by Cloudflare to our email provider.

Children

Quickloom is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your choices and rights

Because your content stays on your device, you control it directly: you can view, export or delete it at any time in the app. If you have a question or a privacy request, contact us at support@quickloom.app.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Quickloom handles information, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
